10 Silverplate spoons State Seal of New Jersey 1976 Bicentennial New in Plastic

Do you have a shop in New Jersey?  I have a deal for you.  This is a group of 10 new-old stock silverplated New Jersey spoons in their original plastic bags. The state seal of New Jersey is in the bowl, "NEW JERSEY" is on the shaft.  The eagle from the great seal is on the front of the handle with "1787". The back of the handle has crossed American flags.  The maker's mark is "INTERNATIONAL" "IS"  "AMERICAN BICENTENNIAL" "1776-1976"  You will receive not the spoons pictured, but ones that are still in the bags and as far as I know have not been handled.  They are bright and clean with no marks or scratches from use. Some of them do have just a faint trace of gold looking tarnish at the tips of the bowl and the ends of the handles.  It is so slight it wipes right off with your fingers.  I haven't done that, since it might tarnish more, but you could of course.  There are 10 groups available, 11 if you want the ones that have been out of the bags too.
